After overcoming a decade-long battle with binge eating, I discovered the transformative power of strength training, intuitive eating, and mindfulness. I've spent the last 10 years diving into myself, developing my body, challenging my mind, developing discipline and deep self-love. Healing my body, mind, hormones, stress levels and relationship to myself. We all deserve to feel amazing and I absolutely love being able to support my people in this  way.
